First conversation with my tulpa, it wasn't as long as i would have liked but it was kinda good, i placed him on my room because my mind had so many intrusive thoughts that using a wonderland was impossible, i explained him the basics of who he and i are, what i want to happen and how we could reach it, i explained him a little the personality traits i was seeking to give him and and ended up with a tiny monologue to him. He obviously didn't talk yet, but i hope i get atleast a little somewhere on day 2.
That is all for day 1
6:01 AM
Side note: i am obviously still gonna monologue for what is left on the day, just thought that that part wasn't necessary to specify
Well I can relate with that
It's like my brain can't stop. It goes with random thoughts getting in the way or even the shape of things in the Wonderland changing all the time(edited)
To me that sounds more like you need to practice visualization. If you are having trouble focusing, it can be easy to get frustrated and distracted by other stuff. Plus, a lack of focus itself will make visualizing harder.
Shapes changing can be explained by memory/attention issues and/or the need to have things move to get a better picture of them.
For some reason if I am doing visualization for my characters and worldbuilding and such for my writing I never have any problems but if its trying to do wonderland shit then I constantly get visual instrusive thoughts where I cant get certain objects to go away or stop moving or something

Well the thing is, that I am perfectly capable of visualization with zero issues when im making up my stories, its exclusively when its trying to do wonderland stuff
That's really weird. I want to say it could be focus related, because Gray has an easier time focusing on his story ideas than wonderlanding. But I feel like there's more to it than that
I found on the guide list a link to an excercise sheet for vocalization, the first part of excercise was giving him a word and he would have to answer with the first word that appeared on his head, i tried to not think too much about what could be the answer to not let those thoughts appear as his words, at the first words he said on a very low voice stuff like "farmer, moon, flower, cube", but at some point the words stopped, i took this as him being "tired" or could think about how to talk so i stopped there, rate of this practice 6/10
Having to fight your thought suppression would make any tulpa tired

Your tulpa doesn't have a clear sense of self yet. Ironically, you trying to give him space by not thinking for him is counter productive. When you do that, you're probably shutting your tulpa's thoughts down
It's okay to think for him. You won't "ruin" him for doing so, as long as you see him as not you all will work out.(edited)
Oh yeah, I think this is a good time to point out tulpamancers can sometimes give contradictory advice.
Tulpamancers have different beliefs and perspectives on how tulpas work. There is no such thing as universal tulpamancy. If you find advice that conflicts, feel free to pick whichever one makes the most sense to you or choose randomly. If that doesn't work you can always try the other advice later.

Did the practice again, we reached the end of the first part, this time i opened my mind more and let it be more open, also i told Adrian before we started some stuff that i forgot before like the kind of voice i'm trying him to have and it kinda was the one he used but a little different, when we did the practice, as part of it, i asked him why he choosed the words and he answered with short sentences like "because it grows there" and that stuff, i didn't stopped to think too much about it but felt it was too convenient, should i be concerned or was this just a big improvement..... somehow?(edited)
Tulpamancy doesn't necessarily have to be difficult. There isn't a gatcha in tulpamancy... unless you expect one to be there ironically.
There are a lot of self-fulfilling prophecies in tulpamancy because tulpamancy is sensitive to the mindsets you have walking into it. On the bright side, mindsets that are not helpful can almost always be diffused and redirected to something more helpful
Side note, i know this is common on young tulpas, but he still can't or haven't talked by his own will, like, i am the one who always encourages him to say something
I know there are techniques you can use to keep him around and achieve something like a "24/7 tulpa" as I like to call it. You can start by assuming he's always around at least watching
Report until now, name chosen, Adrian, after having more practice and doing the thing of leaving my head more open he started talking more having some conversations with him, still tryna make him more free so he could start one by hus own will(edited)

This is surprisingly better than what i thought, a little concerning but u learned to trust him
I have felt this way before too. I think it all depends on how easily we can focus on each other, if it's alright then talking normally without texting can be easier
The other advantage to texting is there's a log, and our memory isn't that good so having stuff written down can help. Sometimes we end up thinking about the same things we thought about before and there's a log for it, which is kind of spooky
If not video calling, I would use my feelings, like if I feel a heavy emotion it's a no, but if that fades away/a light feeling replaces it, it's a yes

I don't recommend if you are trying to "voice call" 6+ headmates in the imagination though
Im interested in forming a tulpa, but I’m not sure really how to start ? I also don’t really understand what people mean when they talk about different ways of talking to your tulpa ?
